Who We’re Looking For
*Ideally 2+ years’ experience in mortgage advising
*CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent)
*Background in residential, BTL, specialist or bridging (advantageous)
*Strong performance figures or consistent case conversion
*Able to manage your own pipeline confidently
*Excellent client communication and compliance awareness
