Counterbalance FLT Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based near Broxburn.
This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team.
Shifts:
• Monday to Thursday – 6:30am to 4pm
• Friday – 6:30am to 3:30pm
Rates of Pay:
• £13.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a Counterbalance FLT Driver will be:
• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
• Moving pallets across the site
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
• Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
• Experience using a FLT in a fast-paced environment
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to support operational needs
Desirable Experience:
• Experience working with large or loose products
• Background in food or industrial manufacturing
• Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachments
Training:
• Full training and paid site induction will be provided
