Job Title: SENDCO (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator)
Salary: L7 - L11 + Wellbeing Cash Plan + Car Scheme + Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS) + Additional Benefits

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and child-focused SENDCO to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher looking to further their career within a supportive and ambitious school network.
As SENDCO, you will be the advocate and whole-school driving force for students with identified special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will lead and coordinate innovative, evidence-based provision, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
About the Role You will:
* Lead and manage SEND provision effectively and efficiently across the school
* Provide professional guidance to secure high-quality teaching and inclusive practice
* Monitor the progress of pupils with SEND, evaluating the effectiveness of provision and driving continuous improvement
* Work closely with parents, carers, and a range of external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students
* Ensure compliance with statutory SEND and equality regulations
About You Our ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be committed to completing relevant SEND CPD and qualifications
* Have proven experience as an excellent classroom practitioner
* Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of statutory SEND requirements
* Have experience working collaboratively with parents and external professionals
* Be passionate about inclusion and championing the needs of every child
