Job Title: Part-Time Repairs Call Handler

*Monday to Wednesday
*9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
*30 minutes lunch break
*FREE parking
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Repairs Call Handler to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis but could become permanent for the right person. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks to support the Housing Repairs Team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and excellent customer service in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
*Receiving inbound calls from customers reporting a fault
*Logging the fault on the database and coordinating contracts internal and external to resolve issue
*Assist in the processing information and updating databases
*Replying to email enquiries and updating customers on the status if their issue
*Coordinating diaries with customers and contractors
*Maintain accurate records and documentation.
*Ensure compliance with all safety issues are reported.
*Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and productivity.
*Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication skills and happy in a high volume call handling role
*Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
