Job Description:
Graduate Administrator
£28,000 + Benefits | 4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH
Are you a bright, organised graduate looking to work in a professional services environment where your work truly makes an impact?
We’re working with a highly respected boutique intellectual property (IP) firm that advises global companies on commercial licensing and high-value IP portfolios. Known for their expertise and collaborative culture, they are now looking for a capable Graduate Administrator to join their small, high-performing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the world of intellectual property and commercial strategy while building strong administrative and research skills in a supportive, professional setting.
The Role
As Graduate Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in keeping the business running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the team to provide high-quality administrative, operational, and research support, enabling them to focus on complex commercial and IP matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining internal databases, trackers, and contact records with exceptional accuracy
*Conducting research into companies, markets, and products to support commercial and licensing activity
*Organising information into clear written summaries, tables, and PowerPoint presentations
*Supporting document management, correspondence, filing, and general office administration
*Providing wider operational and logistical support across the firm as required
This role is ideal for a self-starter who is switched-on, dependable and enjoys being organised. You’ll be someone who thrives on responsibility and likes being the person others can rely on.
The firm is looking for:
*Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
*Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*A discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information
What’s on Offer
*Starting salary of £28,000 plus benefits
*Predominantly office-based (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
If you’re looking for a role where you can develop professionally, contribute meaningfully, and gain valuable experience in a niche and respected sector, we’d love to hear from you.
