You’ll be supported at every step by experienced teachers, the SENCO, and school leaders, so you can focus on what matters most: inspiring and supporting children.
What You’ll Be Doing * Supporting pupils with SEN in ways that suit their individual needs
* Working 1:1, in small groups, or alongside the class teacher
* Helping pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and confidence
* Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and positive classroom
* Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families

* Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
