Description
*Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
*Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims promptly and accurately.
*Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial discrepancies are resolved.
*Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
*Assist in the preparation of financial information for audits and reviews.
*Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
*A good understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
