Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who provide specialist design services to bespoke residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Rearsby, Leicestershire.

Duties for the role of Architect:
*Develop concept designs and technical drawings
*Work alongside senior members of the team on project coordination
*Work on planning applications, building regulations, and technical design
*Work alongside the team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
Requirements for the role of Architect:
*ARB registered
*Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within UK practice
*Proficiency with AutoCAD
*Experience working on projects within the residential sector
*Excellent drawing and design skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Full UK driver’s license
