JOB TITLE - Learning Support Assistant (LSA)ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Primary School based in Bristol.
The school has a supportive team environment and provides ongoing CPD throughout the year.
Depending on performance, the school may look to extend the contract or offer a permanent position.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS *Location: Bristol
*Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
*Full-Time: Monday to Friday
*Day Rate: £90 - £110
*Hours: 8:20 am - 3:30 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS *Experience working in a professional setting (school, childcare, healthcare, or similar)
*Previous experience supporting children in the UK is desirable
*Up-to-date safeguarding training issued within the last year
*Experience or interest in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*Knowledge of Autism, Speech and Language Needs, or other learning needs
*Strong communication skills and good command of English
*Experience within healthcare or social care is desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: *Hold Right to Work in the UK
*Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
*Provide two professional child-related references covering the last 2 years
