About the Role: *Specialisation: SEND and Early Years
*Type: Full-Time, Part Time, Flexible Roles Available
*Pay: £90 - £100 per day, paid weekly
*Location: Batley, West Yorkshire
*Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities: *Provide tailored support to students with SEND in an Early Years setting.
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Support classroom activities and help with the preparation of learning materials.
*Work closely with teachers and other staff to monitor and encourage student progress.
*Provide one-on-one or small group support to children, focusing on their educational and developmental needs.
Requirements: *Experience working with children with SEND, particularly with Early Years and KS1 Children.
*A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children’s individual needs.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
*Relevant qualifications or experience in childcare, education, or SEND support is highly desirable.
