Assistant Manager

Location: Oswestry, Shropshire
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + performance related bonuses

A leading independent estate agency is looking to welcome a highly motivated and experienced property professional into their Oswestry branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving branch performance, supporting the team, and contributing to continued growth and profitability.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:
*Helping to keep the branch running smoothly day to day
*Providing a high level of service and building strong relationships with clients
*Managing stock levels and ensuring properties are presented to a great standard
*Working with the team to hit sales targets and drive performance
*Keeping up to date with local market activity and pricing
*Supporting the Branch Manager and feeding back on branch progress
*Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Qualifying buyers and completing due diligence before sales progression
*Keeping vendors and purchasers updated throughout the transaction
*Referring opportunities to the in-house Financial Services team
*Ensuring all processes remain compliant with AML and industry regulations
*Saturday working is 9am - 1pm (one in three)
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience within residential estate agency
*Strong business acumen and commercial awareness to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
*Highly organised with excellent administration skills
*Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
