The Role: * Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom

* Working closely with Psychology departments and pastoral teams

* Providing targeted academic and emotional support to students who need it most

* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

* Gaining hands-on experience ideal for those considering careers in teaching, psychology, or mental health

The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role

* Strong knowledge and interest in Psychology

* A degree in Psychology or a related subject (preferred)

* Confident, patient, and empathetic approach when working with young people

* Committed to working full-time, Monday to Friday
