The Role: * Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 in English lessons

* Working closely with English teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning

* Providing targeted 1:1 and small-group support to help students reach their full potential

* Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and progress tracking

Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school

* Strong subject knowledge in English

* A degree is preferred (especially in English or a related subject)

* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude

* A genuine passion for education and student progress
