About the Role:
As Team Leader – Residential Conveyancing, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a busy conveyancing department. You’ll oversee a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, while also mentoring junior staff and driving business development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and support residential conveyancing transactions
*Handle a diverse caseload including:
*Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New-build transactions
*Shared ownership schemes
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
*Lead and support a growing team within a fast-paced office environment
About You:

*Proven experience in residential conveyancing and team management
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
