We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a growing team based in Chislehurst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident payroll professional who has experience managing high-volume payrolls and working with timesheet-driven environments.
The RoleYou will take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 300 employees, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
Key Responsibilities*Process end-to-end payroll for 300+ staff across weekly and/or monthly payrolls
*Collate, check and input timesheets accurately
*Ensure overtime, holiday pay, statutory payments and deductions are processed correctly
*Manage starters, leavers and payroll amendments
*Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner
*Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and current payroll legislation
*Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end procedures
*Liaise with HR and management teams regarding payroll data
About You*Proven experience processing payroll for 300+ employees
*Strong experience working with timesheets and variable pay
*Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory payments
*Confident using payroll systems and Excel
*Strong organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
*Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
