We are currently partnered with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Accurate delivery of payrolls for 2100+ employees
*Input and maintenance of Masterfile data and of variable data input to the payroll system
*Promote continuous improvement on processes and the HRIS system
*Ensure a culture of problem identification then resolution
*Liaise with Site teams with Time and Attendance systems
*Year-end process and production of P60’s
*Involvement in other ad hoc projects as and when required
Experience requirements:
*5+ years payroll experience including experience on high volume, multi-sited payrolls
*Strong excel skills (VLOOKUP’s & Pivot Tables)
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
*Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
