Your new role
As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, particularly focusing on frameworks within the housing and construction sectors.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement processes are planned, delivered, coordinated and deliver value for money.
You will have great exposure internally and externally on various projects, enabling you to advance and grow your career.
Develop, implement, and manage procurement pipeline, managing the process end to end,
Take ownership for project plans, liaising and influencing all internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management of projects, directing resources as needed.
Ensuring all procurement procedures are compliant within frameworks

What you’ll need to succeed
*Knowledge of procurement frameworks and public sector procurement processes.
*Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
*Ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
*Preferable experience within housing or construction
*Experience with E Tendering systems
