About the Role As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll be responsible for processing a high-volume payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. You’ll work closely with HR, finance, and your payroll colleagues to deliver a seamless service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities *Process end-to-end payroll for a large number of employees across multiple pay cycles.
*Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
*Reconcile payroll reports and handle queries promptly and professionally.
*Liaise with HMRC and external bodies as needed.
*Support process improvements and contribute to team projects.
About You *Previous experience processing high volume payroll (essential).
*Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
*A team player with a positive, proactive attitude who enjoys working collaboratively.
