Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
*Work closely with senior team members to deliver tailored, high-quality tax advice to clients
*Build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships by understanding individual needs and delivering effective solutions
*Participate in client meetings, contributing to discussions and helping to drive practical outcomes
*Support business development activities, including external networking and relationship-building
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team, including expanding regional market presence
Candidate RequirementsQualifications*CTA qualified or qualified by experience
Experience*Proven experience managing a personal client portfolio
*Experience supporting or leading team initiatives (desirable, though not a formal people management role)
Skills and Attributes*Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Collaborative working style with the ability to support and develop colleagues
*Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
*Proactive, client-focused approach with strong relationship-building capability
