Job Description:
Innovative advertising SME with c100 heads and a diverse range of international clients. Expanding their operations across North America, the UK and Europe, they are in growth mode and looking to appoint a Global People Lead based in London.
Reporting directly to the business founders and partnering with the SLT, the Global People Lead will be accountable for all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The Global People Lead will support growth in the USA and UK, and lead a small talent acquisition team, whilst ensuring the company values are upheld. More so, the People Lead will drive automation of processes, organisational development, and a high-performance culture.
The ideal Global People Lead will have a strong international generalist background as well as a track record of supporting scale-up in an SME. You’ll be comfortable working in an evolving organisation and enjoy having an agile, pacey approach to work - this is a relatively new firm with c100 employees, and being fluid will be key to success. Based in central London three days per week.
