What you will take charge of
*Supporting the Branch Manager with daily team leadership
*Overseeing workflow across the counter, warehouse and internal sales functions
*Coaching staff to keep service, accuracy and product knowledge on track
*Handling customer queries that need a calm, informed response
*Monitoring stock levels and ensuring key product lines are available
*Managing supplier communication, back orders and incoming deliveries
*Helping drive branch performance through steady sales awareness
*Keeping processes tidy and ensuring the branch runs smoothly
*Stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed
