Finance Operations Accountant, Banking , London, Hybrid up to £50k

A growing Bank are looking for a finance operations accountant to help take ownership of the accounts payable function as well as month end tasks.
This is a great role as you will get involved with a broad range of activity within the firm and work within a very close knit team. They are looking for someone who has done a similar role and has worked within financial services to join their team.
They are looking to offer the successful candidate up to £50,000.
Main Duties:
*Responsible for the accounts payable process ensuring that all the invoices posted are recorded accurately
*Process cash receipts in the lending system
*Reconciliation of purchase ledger
*Reviewing and reconciliation of certain accounts including expenses and social accounts
*Supporting with the implementation of a new AP automation software
*Maintenance and oversight of fixed asset register
*Ownership of accruals and prepayments
Person Specification:
*Experience working within the Financial Services is needed
*Very strong attention to detail
*Good excel skills ( pivot tables, lookups, SUMIF)
*Experience with Microsoft Business Central would be desirable
