What you will look after
*Serving customers at the trade counter with a friendly, down-to-earth approach
*Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy
*Checking stock in as deliveries arrive and updating internal systems
*Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe to work in
*Restocking shelves and making sure fast-moving items are always available
*Helping customers find the right products and offering basic product guidance
*Supporting the team with general branch duties when things get busy
*Preparing orders for collection and van runs
*Working with the sales team to spot upsell opportunities where appropriate
What you bring
*Previous warehouse, trade counter or retail experience
*Comfortable lifting, moving and organising stock
*A clear, calm communication style with customers
*Good time management and the ability to juggle a few tasks at once
*Basic computer skills for booking in stock and processing orders
