CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE (Dutch-Speaking)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Representative who is fluent in Dutch to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their Dutch-speaking customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities *Deliver professional, friendly, and accurate support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
*Record and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
*Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues or improve processes when necessary.
*Meet and exceed service-level targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
*Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications *Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)-written and spoken.
*Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
*Previous experience in customer service or a customer-facing role
*Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
*Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Comfortable using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
