Warehouse Operative
People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team based in Mexborough (S64).
This is a full-time temporary to permanent position!
Shifts:
*Monday - Friday:
*06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 06:00 - rotating shifts
Rates of Pay:
*£12.21 per hour basic plus shift allowance:
*Days - Full five shifts completed - £21.06
*Afternoon - Full five shifts completed - £90.66
*Nights - Full five shifts completed - £156.61

Day to day duties:
Your duties as a warehouse operative are:
*Moving pallets from Zone A to Zone B using a PPT truck
*Picking pallets using PPT
*Stacking on pallets, which will involve lifting and carrying items up to 15kg
*Working in a team
Essential Skills:
The skills required as a warehouse operative are:
*We are looking for hard working and committed candidates who can work rotating shifts
*Ideally, you will have previous experience within a warehouse/production environment
*Have previous experience operating a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT)
*Due to the nature of the role, you need to be reasonably physically fit as you will be lifting items up to 15kg on a regular basis
Desirable Experience
*Experience order picking within a warehouse environment
Training:
* Full training provided and ongoing support throughout
