Job Description:
IT Vendor Manager - Project Management, Vendor Forum Co-ordination
Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

My client is an instantly recognisable firm who are hiring an IT Vendor Manager with ability to Project Manage and play a key role in co-ordinating Vendor Forums with key Technology suppliers to help drive and deliver the firm’s Technology strategy.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience in IT Vendor Management within a large, complex organisation
*Experience of managing Projects relating to multiple large, Technology Vendors
*Previous experience of co-ordinating workshops and Vendor Forums
*Experience of co-ordinating and scheduling launch events with Vendor partners and internal colleagues
*Ability to track and identify progress through QBRs
*Capability to co-ordinate and manage Vendor Management governance activities and ensure alignment with wider organisational processes
*Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to influence internal and external leaders
*Highly skilled in building collaborative relationships across multiple diverse teams and partner organisations
*Strong organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
*Flexible approach to hybrid working
Nice to have:
*Previous experience of working in the Insurance / Financial Services industry
*Excellent Power BI, MS Excel and Project Planning tooling skills to support reporting and analysis
*Immediate availability
