Your new role
In this HR Advisor assignment, you’ll manage a range ER cases, delivering end-to-end guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and other ER matters. You’ll act as a trusted partner to leaders-coaching, challenging, and equipping them to handle people issues effectively and confidently.
A key part of this role involves ensuring HR policies, employment legislation, and ER best practices are consistently applied across the organisation. You’ll help safeguard fairness, reduce risk, and maintain high standards by guiding managers through compliant processes, advising on case strategy, and identifying opportunities to improve policy application and manager capability.
You’ll also have a proactive impact-spotting trends, escalating risks, and contributing to a positive employee experience through early intervention and strong relationship building.
