Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Gillingham. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right applicant, subject to attendance, time-keeping and performance, working rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm).
Key responsibilities:
* Receiving raw materials and booking stock in
* Putting materials away and keeping the stores area organised
* Supplying materials to the shop floor to support production
* Scanning products in and out using handheld devices
* Supporting stock transfers between sites
Previous warehouse or stores experience is desirable but not essential. An accredited FLT licence is beneficial, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Initial training will take place on a standard day shift before moving to rotating shifts.
