We are looking for individuals with a minimum of two years of experience working on the telephone or within an office or call centre environment. If you enjoy speaking with customers and building relationships, this is a strong next step.
You will join a specialist personal lines team responsible for a warm portfolio of high value clients. These clients typically own multiple vehicles and often require additional cover such as home and travel insurance. Many are business owners or directors, which naturally creates opportunities to identify and refer commercial insurance needs to the commercial team.
Your day will involve managing renewals, handling adjustments, answering queries, offering guidance and identifying opportunities to deepen the client relationship. There is no cold calling. You will focus on delivering a personalised and consistent service to clients who already trust the business.
