Our client, due to growth, is currently seeking a motivated Trainer to join their award-winning business in their offices in Ipswich. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high quality-based training.


Please be advised this role will require regular travel commitments, including multi-night stays as necessary.


Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver on-site and online training to a variety of organisations.
*Facilitate workshops ranging from online to onsite sessions, covering a wide range of topics and age groups.
*Liaise directly with organisations to understand their specific goals and desired outcomes.


Previous Skills or Experience:
*Prior experience in delivering structured, interactive group sessions.
*Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal capabilities.
*Demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
*Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
*High standard of organisational and time management skills.
