Job Description:
Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a welcoming organisation based in Wiltshire.
The role will encompass all aspects of management accounting and will be responsible for the following tasks:
*Prepare and distribute monthly management accounts
*Provide variance analysis and commentary
*Liaise with budget holders and prepare the annual budgets
*Run monthly budget review meetings
*Business partner with stakeholders providing key analysis and management information
*Ensure the timely month end close of financial activities such as journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Proven experience in a management accountant or similar finance manager role
*Business partnering skills
*Strong analytical and IT skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Experience of working with a range stakeholders
*Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
As well as a competitive salary, the company offer hybrid working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and free car parking.
