Job Description:
Are you passionate about technology and ready to turn that interest into a career? We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Technician who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and thrives on helping others to join an award-winning company based in Ipswich.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their IT journey. You don’t need extensive experience — just curiosity, enthusiasm, and the drive to grow. Full training, mentoring, and certification support will be provided to help you develop into a skilled IT professional.
You will work closely with senior technical specialists, learning best practices in troubleshooting, deployment, and customer support.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong interest in IT and technology
*Good communication and problem-solving skills
*Willingness to learn and take initiative
*Full UK driving licence preferred
