Job Description:
Reed Business Support are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Co-OrdinatorService Coordinator to join our client’s busy office. This is a key position that supports both the office team and field engineers, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate customer enquiries, job scheduling, labour allocation, and materials procurement
*Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
*Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, and filing
*Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams via phone and email
*Use computer systems to track jobs, update records, and support workflow processes
What We’re Looking For
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
*Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*A team player with a positive, proactive approach
*Experience in an HVAC or similar technical/engineering environment is highly desirable
