Document Controller – Grays

Are you organised, detail-driven and confident managing important documentation? We’re looking for a Document Controller to join a busy team in Grays, ensuring all company records, project documents and compliance files are maintained to the highest standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys structure, consistency and supporting operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain and update internal document control systems
*Organise, store and retrieve project documents, certificates, and compliance records
*Ensure all documents follow company procedures and version-control standards
*Support teams with document queries and provide requested information promptly
*Prepare and issue documentation packs for internal and external use
*Liaise with project teams, management, and suppliers to ensure accurate document flow
*Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is compliant and up to date
*Assist with general administrative duties as required

*Previous experience in administration or document control
*Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
*Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
