We’re expanding our Wealth Management recruitment team and are looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join us as an Associate Consultant. You don’t need prior recruitment experience, just the hunger to succeed, a strong work ethic, and the desire to build a career in a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting experienced Consultants across the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing candidates and engaging with clients to helping place top talent into key roles
Learning the ins and outs of the Wealth Management sector, including roles like IFAs, Paraplanners, and Compliance professionals
Developing your desk and market knowledge through hands-on support and structured training
Progressing quickly as you prove yourself and take on more responsibility
What we’re looking for:
Someone with something to prove - motivated, resilient, and ready to get stuck in
A great communicator who enjoys speaking to people and can build relationships quickly
Organised, proactive, and not afraid of the phone or a challenge
Ideally, someone who thrives in a target-driven environment
