We’re looking for a highly organised, hands-on Junior Project Manager (or Project Coordinator) to join a growing web studio in Peterborough.
This is not a passive coordination role. You’ll be actively involved in website builds — inside WordPress, inside the detail, and close to delivery. From content population to pre-launch checks, you’ll work alongside designers, developers and clients to ensure every website leaves the studio polished and on point.
This role suits someone early in their career who wants real exposure, real responsibility, and a clear pathway into full project management.


What You’ll Be Doing
Website delivery & coordination
*Supporting website builds from briefing through to launch
*Working directly in WordPress to populate and format content
*Structuring pages correctly and ensuring visual consistency
*Supporting timelines and delivery milestones
*Ensuring output aligns with the original brief and creative intent
You’ll need to be confident working within WordPress (or another CMS) and comfortable managing content hands-on.


SEO & Digital Support
This is not a pure SEO role but an understanding of how websites perform and convert is important.
*Assisting with on-page and off-page SEO activity
*Supporting keyword research and competitor analysis
*Optimising content, metadata and landing pages
*Monitoring performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
*Identifying basic technical SEO issues and coordinating fixes with developers


Pre-Launch & Quality Assurance
*Conducting structured pre-launch checks across desktop, tablet and mobile
*Testing forms, links, navigation and integrations
*Checking layout, spacing, formatting and responsiveness
*Spotting inconsistencies others might miss


The ideal candidate will have:
*Hands-on WordPress (or CMS) experience
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident written and verbal communication
*Ability to manage multiple moving parts at once
*Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp experience beneficial)
*Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
Experience within a creative studio, agency or production environment would be advantageous, but not essential.
An understanding of marketing principles (conversion, UX, user journey, SEO basics) is beneficial and development support will be provided.
