The Role: * Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions (1:1 or small groups)

* Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other complex needs

* Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets

* Build positive, supportive relationships to help students achieve both academically and personally

* Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals where required

The Ideal Candidate: * Significant experience working with children or young people with SEN

* Strong behaviour management skills

* Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach

* QTS is desirable but not essential

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

* Ability to travel within Romford and nearby areas
