Sales & Account Executive
St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex (TN38 9RT)
Full Time – 38 hours per week
£30,000–£40,000 + Commission/Bonus
Are you a driven sales professional with experience in manufacturing or precision engineering? Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities?
We’re looking for a proactive Sales & Account Executive to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and act as the key commercial contact between customers and our production teams.
The Role
*Manage and grow existing customer accounts
*Identify and win new business opportunities
*Prepare and follow up quotations, negotiate and close deals
*Coordinate internally with production, scheduling and quality teams
*Maintain CRM records and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting
*Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in sales or account management, ideally within manufacturing or engineering
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised, self-motivated and target-driven
*CRM experience and good IT literacy
