BSL Teaching Assistant

Salary: £95-£120 per day (Weekly PAYE)

Do you have experience working with students with SEN or complex needs?
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a BSL Teaching Assistant on behalf of a well-established school in the Peterborough area. This is a long-term role, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will support students with hearing impairments, alongside additional SEN and complex needs. You will be required to work both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, providing high-quality support and ensuring that students’ individual needs are met, helping them to reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will:
*Hold BSL qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred)
*Have experience working with children with hearing impairments
*Have experience supporting students with SEN and complex needs
*Be patient, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education
*Be able to work effectively as part of a team
