Client Relations Coordinator – Southampton (site-based)
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Temporary (with strong potential to go permanent)

Salary: £26,000-£29,000

You’ll be the welcoming face of the office and a key part of the on-site support team, helping to create an outstanding experience for colleagues, clients and visitors every day.

What you’ll be doing:

*Acting as front of house – welcoming visitors and managing reception


*Supporting meeting rooms, events and AV/video conferencing


*Coordinating facilities and suppliers


*Supporting new starters with office set-up and inductions


*Managing post, deliveries and day-to-day office operations


*Providing basic on-site IT and desk set-up support


*Supporting health & safety and office compliance activity

*A confident, organised and personable coordinator


*Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills


*Someone who enjoys being on site, visible and hands-on
