We’re supporting a major organisation in recruiting a HR Advisor to cover a 9-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k and is due to start as soon as possible. The role will be based in Warwick and providing HR and ER support and advice across a number of corporate services teams.


Daily duties:


*Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
*Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
*Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience
*Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
*Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
*Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
*Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast-paced environment


Experience required:


*Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, hands-on ER exposure
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
*Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to balance operational and strategic priorities
*Experience in logistics or distribution is advantageous
