Workshop Controller

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate breakdown response - triage issues by phone, schedule engineers, and aim for first-time fix

* Manage service/repair workflow including job logging, parts ordering, third-party contractors and invoicing

* Plan maintenance, inspections and equipment availability while supporting field engineers with required info and stock

* Maintain accurate service records, stock control and identify chargeable repairs

Requirements
* Mechanical repair or plant maintenance knowledge

* Experience in service coordination/maintenance control (desirable)

* Strong organisation, problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

* Good attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency
