An established and growing property management company based in North London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a full-time role based in modern offices, working Monday–Friday, 9:15am–5:30pm. The role will involve approximately 40% site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
*Overseeing all aspects of property maintenance and repairs
*Liaising with tenants regarding maintenance issues, rent queries, and ongoing property matters
*Handling Universal Credit and housing benefit-related matters
*Chasing rent arrears and managing rental payments
*Coordinating and managing contractors and engineers for repairs and site visits
*Monitoring maintenance works from instruction through to completion
*Conducting regular property inspections and site visits
*Managing day-to-day property management administration
Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven experience in residential property management
*Strong knowledge of property maintenance processes and contractor management
*Experience handling tenant matters, rent collection, and Universal Credit
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Confident IT skills and experience using property management systems
Essential:
*Full clean UK driving licence
*Willingness to travel for site visits (company car provided)
