Salary £50,000 + bonus (OTE £75k)

Everpool Recruitment are in a growth stage right now, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Business Developer who loves winning new business, opening doors and making things happen.

This is not a stiff corporate sales role. This is a chance to join a business with brilliant people, a great atmosphere, and consultants who genuinely know how to do recruitment properly.

Where you will focus
We have two strong specialist teams already delivering at a very high level:
Healthcare Team – placing into private healthcare clients
Talent Solutions Team – supporting more corporate organisations with recruitment solutions

Your role is to support and bring in new business into these areas and help expand our client base while working alongside consultants who are the best at what they do.

What you will be doing
*Winning new clients and building long-term partnerships
*Spotting opportunities and opening up new accounts
*Meeting decision makers and understanding hiring needs
*Selling recruitment solutions across permanent, contract and temp
*Negotiating terms and building strong relationships
*Working closely with our delivery consultants for a smooth handover
*Keeping your pipeline strong using CRM and BD tools
*Representing Everpool at events, meetings and networking opportunities

What we are looking for
*Proven B2B business development experience within recruitment
*Confident in winning new clients and building long-term relationships
*Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
*Someone motivated, energetic and commercially sharp
*Experience managing a pipeline and enjoying the buzz of hitting targets
*A real team player who wants to be part of a business that delivers properly
*And just as important… a good sense of humour, someone who brings great energy and enjoys being part of a growing team
