A well-regarded secondary school in Northallerton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from March 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, developing their mathematical understanding, problem-solving skills, and confidence in applying concepts across a variety of topics.
About the Role As a Maths Teacher with Tradewind, you will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring that students remain motivated, challenged, and supported in their learning. You will manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies, and provide constructive feedback to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Working with a range of schools across Northallerton and the surrounding areas-including large academies and smaller community schools-you will gain valuable experience in different educational settings and have the flexibility to find roles that suit your teaching style and career goals.

Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools

* Two suitable references covering the last two years

* A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* Strong classroom management skills

* A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people

* Reliable, adaptable, and confident in a range of classroom environments
