Senior Position! Head of Property Management wanted to lead the residential property management team: oversee compliance, manage contractors, mentor the team, and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency in a London Bridge office.
Our client is seeking a Head of Property Management to lead their London Bridge office’s property management team.
This senior role involves managing a residential portfolio, coordinating maintenance and compliance, supporting tenancy processes, and mentoring Property Managers.
You will ensure operational excellence while building strong landlord and tenant relationships, improving workflows, and implementing effective management systems.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Lead and oversee the property management team, including mentoring and development
*Manage the residential portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and compliance
*Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, inspections, and contractor management
*Implement and improve operational processes and property management systems
*Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements
*Handle tenancy documentation, renewals, rental reviews, and notices
*Manage landlord and tenant communications and resolve escalated issues
*Oversee budgets, invoices, and service charge administration
*Support growth initiatives and contribute to departmental strategy
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Significant experience in residential property management
*Previous team leadership or department management experience
*Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance, and service charge processes
*Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
*Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
*Confident in using property management software and IT systems
*Professional, approachable, and effective communicator
*Full UK driving licence desirable
