They are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to support their UK and ROI payroll operations. As Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain the high standards expected within a global organisation.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured, professional environment and is looking to further develop their payroll expertise within a well-established brand.
Key Responsibilities:
*End-to-end processing of UK and ROI payrolls
*Ensuring compliance with UK and Irish payroll legislation
*Managing starters, leavers, amendments, and statutory payments
*Handling queries from employees and internal stakeholders
*Supporting month-end and year-end processes
*Working collaboratively with HR, Finance, and external providers
*Contributing to process improvements and payroll efficiencies
About You:
*Proven experience in UK payroll processing (ROI exposure highly desirable)
*Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
*Experience within a large or multi-site organisation is advantageous
