A leading professional services firm requires a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their small Talent team to support with the full recruitment life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from role briefing through to offer and on-boarding
*Working closely with the current Talent Acquisition Manager
*Proactively source candidates working closely with hiring managers
*Screen, shortlist and interview candidates
*Ensure seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage
*Coordinate interviews and support with on-boarding
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal hiring policies
The Candidate:
*Proven experience of ’In-house’ recruitment
*Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
*Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
*A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
