We’re recruiting for an experienced Housing Accommodation Officer to join a busy Local Authority in Maidenhead (SL6). This is an immediate start temporary role running until at least May 2025, offering a great opportunity to make a real impact supporting households in temporary accommodation.
If you have strong public-sector housing experience and enjoy a mix of office and field-based work, this could be an excellent match.

*Travel between sites using your own vehicle
What We’re Looking For
*Experience in public-sector housing (preferred)
*Ability to drive with full access to your own vehicle
*Strong customer-service skills and professional communication
*Confident with IT systems and case-management tools
*Comfortable working both independently on inspections and in the office
*Willing to undergo a Basic DBS Check
Pay & Working Pattern
*£17.09 – £19.07 per hour
*Immediate start
*Temp booking until at least May 2025
*Hybrid working:*2+ days per week out on property visits
*1–2 days per week in the office
If you’re a confident housing professional who enjoys a hands-on, people-focused role, we’d love to hear from you.
