Job Description:
Permanent Sonographer – Sussex
We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our friendly and professional team, delivering high-quality community ultrasound services across Sussex.
Role Details:
*Minimum 3 days per week
*Clinic hours: 08:30–13:00 & 14:00–18:30
*20 mins per single scan, 40 mins per double scan
*Travel to local clinics reimbursed at 45p/mile

Requirements:
*HCPC-registered Sonographer (or equivalent) with postgraduate qualification
*Ability to work independently and report on your own workload
*Experience or willingness to learn audit, research, or quality improvement initiatives
*Essential skills: Abdomen (Liver, Gallbladder, Aorta, Pelvis), Urinary Tract (Kidneys, Bladder), Scrotum & Testes
*Desirable: Teaching/mentoring experience, membership of professional body (BMUS, SoR), knowledge of Emis Web
